[ THE PROBLEM ]

Symptoms of a site that does not work

  1. Your site is a digital business card

Four static pages last updated two years ago. Nobody arrives through search and nobody comes back.

  2. Contact depends on a form almost nobody fills in

Anyone with a specific question before writing leaves without asking it. The form measures the end of the funnel and misses what was lost earlier.

  3. You publish content and Google does not show you

The site loads slowly, the heading structure is an accident and there is no structured data. Publishing more articles on that base changes nothing.

A site with architecture, not a template

·01

Next.js with the technical SEO settled up front

Server rendering, structured data, sitemap and hreflang if you run two languages. We measure Core Web Vitals during the build and fix them before launch.

·02

You are the registered holder of every account

Domain, hosting, repository and analytics are registered with you as the holder. If you ever work with another provider, they take the deployment guide and pick up where we left off.

·03

The structure the business actually needs

Home, services, case studies, blog and contact, with the hierarchy arranged so commercial pages collect internal links from the content.

·04

A blog you can run from day one

The engine of your organic traffic goes into the initial architecture, with article templates, categories and structured data already handled.

The scope, line by line

·01

Site and content

  • Between 5 and 12 pages by scope: home, services, cases, blog, contact and legal
  • Custom design on your brand, with a reusable component system
  • Blog with article template, categories and internal search
  • Mobile and desktop versions, tested on a real device
  • 3 revision rounds spread across checkpoints rather than all at the end
·02

Technical, SEO and measurement

  • Structured data (Organization, WebSite, Service, FAQ and Breadcrumb)
  • Sitemap, robots, canonicals and hreflang if the site is bilingual
  • AI agent with the context of each section, wired to your CRM
  • Google Analytics, Search Console and Meta Pixel installed and verified
  • Core Web Vitals measured before launch plus a review at 30 days

Out of scope: ongoing blog writing, ad spend, video production and migrating more than 50 URLs of existing content. All of it is quoted separately and we tell you what it weighs before you sign.

[ OPTIONAL · AI AGENT ]

If the site needs to answer, an agent can be added

It is not included by default. When the volume of enquiries justifies it, we add an agent trained on your catalogue and your common questions, answering according to the section the visitor is in and logging the lead in the CRM you already use. Quoted separately from the site.

What we can show today

2-4 wks
From closed scope to a site in production
5-12
Pages by scope, fixed in the proposal
30 days
Until the indexing review that follows launch

The site you are reading runs the same agent engine we sell, on the same stack and with the same approach to technical SEO. It is the most honest reference we have while we work on publishing named client cases.

[ THE PROCESS ]

Two reviews on the way, no surprise at the end

  1. Scoping call

    30 min

No cost. We settle site structure, page count and which searches you want to win.

  2. Proposal with fixed price and date

    3-5 days

Page map, blog scope, a fixed price and a publication date.

  3. Design, build and content

    2-4 weeks

Design review in week one and a navigable site review halfway through.

  4. Launch and verification

Search Console connected, sitemap submitted and an indexing review at 30 days.

[ QUESTIONS ]

Doubts that surface when comparing quotes

  • It depends on the number of pages, on whether it carries a blog and case studies, and on how much content has to be written or migrated. The number comes out of the 30-minute call and goes in writing next to the date. When you compare quotes, check three things: whether the code is custom or a template, whether technical SEO is settled from the architecture, and whose name the domain and repository are in.
